Beats & Steam is a special two-hour Guided Aufguss experience set to a soundtrack of warm, euphoric electronic music – think deep grooves, dreamy melodies, hypnotic rhythms and uplifting beats that build with the heat.
​
Across the session, German-certified Sauna Master Doro will guide you through a series of Aufguss rounds, using water and essential oils on the hot stones, rhythmic towel techniques and carefully selected music to create an immersive journey through heat, steam and sound.
​
Between rounds, cool down in our cold plunges, take some fresh air and reset before heading back into the sauna as the energy builds.
​
Expect an atmospheric, feel-good session with plenty of rhythm, movement and release.
