We know that sometimes even the best laid plans need to change. As a small independent business with limited spaces in each session, late cancellations can have a big impact on us. Our cancellation & refund policy is therefore designed to keep things transparent and fair for everyone, while offering as much flexibility as we reasonably can.
Community Sessions

More than 48 hours before your session: full refund or free reschedule

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: no refund or reschedule
Aufguss Experiences & Events

More than 120 hours (5 days) before your session: full refund

48–119 hours before your session: gift card for the full booking value or reschedule

Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: no refund, gift card, or reschedule
Private Hire

More than 7 days before your booking: full refund

5–6 days before your booking: 50% refund

Less than 5 days’ notice: no refund, gift card, or reschedule
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
