How it works
How do I use my pass?
When you purchase your pass, sign up for an account using your email address, or sign in if you already have one. Your Multi-Session Pass will then be added to your account. Each time you book a session, simply sign in using the same email address and select your pass at checkout.
How long is my pass valid for?
Passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Can I share my pass?
No. Multi-Session Passes are for one person only and cannot be shared or transferred between guests.
Can I buy a pass as a gift?
Yes. You can purchase a Multi-Session Pass as a gift for someone else. During checkout, simply select “Buy as a gift”. The recipient will then use their own email address and account when booking their sessions.
Which sessions can I book?
Your pass can be used for the session type it was purchased for – either 1-hour Community Sauna sessions or 2-hour Guided Aufguss sessions, subject to availability.
