Sauna Recovery Sessions from 23 – 2 August
We’re delighted to welcome you to AMBERWAVE SAUNA during the Glasgow Commonwealth Games. Located in the garden at SWG3, our set-up includes a beautifully crafted wood-fired sauna and three cold plunges.

From 23–2 August, our sauna sessions are reserved exclusively for athletes and Games staff.

Throughout the Games, we’ll be offering a mix of guided Aufguss recovery sessions and relaxed sauna sessions, designed to support rest, reset and recovery through deep heat, cold plunges and a calm atmosphere.
