You are encouraged to move between the sauna, cold plunges and rest areas at your own pace.

Please listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed. You are free to leave the sauna at any time.

For sauna bathing, we generally recommend staying in the heat for between 5–15 minutes at a time, with a maximum of 20 minutes per round.

Aufguss Sessions

Some sessions include Aufguss – a guided sauna ritual led by a Sauna Master using water, ice and pure essential oils on the hot stones.

The aromatic steam is circulated through the sauna while the heat gradually builds across multiple rounds. There is time between each round to cool down, rest and use the cold plunges. he Sauna Master may use sound and music during the session.
