Sauna Rave & Rituals with Anna
Part sauna rave, part sauna ritual, and a feel-good way to energise your weekend.
Saturday 17 October | 2–4pm | £35 per person
Join Anna for a high-energy sauna experience combining music, movement, Löyly and birch whisking, with plenty of good vibes along the way.
The session begins outdoors with around 15 minutes of gentle standing movement, drawing on somatic movement and Hatha yoga. No mats are needed and no previous experience is required. From there, we’ll head into the sauna and turn up the energy.
Expect big tunes, dancing, aromatic steam and traditional birch whisking, creating a playful and uplifting experience designed to help you get out of your head, let loose, exhale and simply enjoy yourself.
There is no right or wrong way to take part and absolutely no pressure to move. You can dance, sit, listen to the music or simply soak up the atmosphere.
Come as you are, feel free and settle into those Saturday feel-good vibes.
