These terms apply to our monthly memberships:

 

Membership Options
 

SPARK – £44/month (Introductory Rate)
4 hours of Community Sauna per month + 10% off Guided Aufguss.
 

GLOW – £77/month (Introductory Rate)

8 hours of Community Sauna per month + 10% off Guided Aufguss.
 

RITUAL – £99/month (Introductory Rate)
Unlimited Community Sauna + one 2-hour Guided Aufguss per month.

 

Using Your Membership
 

Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
 

Bookings must be made through the account used to purchase the membership and are always subject to availability.
 

SPARK and GLOW credits can be used flexibly across our Community Sauna sessions. Membership credits and included Guided Aufguss sessions reset at the beginning of each monthly billing period and do not roll over.
 

RITUAL members can book one Community Sauna session per day on each day we are open, subject to session availability.
 

SPARK and GLOW members receive 10% off Guided Aufguss sessions. To access the reduced member price, you must log in using the same account used to purchase your membership before booking your Guided Aufguss session.
 

Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or used towards Private Hire, special events or other experiences unless specifically stated.

 

Payments & Renewal

Memberships run on a monthly rolling basis and renew automatically each month from the date you join.

Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date.
 

You are responsible for keeping your payment card details up to date. If a payment cannot be collected and your membership lapses, we may cancel the membership.
 

If you later choose to rejoin, you will do so at the membership rate available at that time and any previous introductory or promotional rate may no longer apply.
 

Our introductory rates are available for a limited number of memberships. We may change membership prices in the future, but we will always give you reasonable advance notice of any price change. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue.

 

Cancelling Your Membership
 

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting hello@amberwavesauna.com.
 

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

Bookings made using membership benefits must take place while your membership is active.

 

Bookings & Cancellations
 

All bookings made through a membership are subject to our standard booking, cancellation and sauna policies.
 

If you cancel a session, the return of any membership credit will follow our standard cancellation policy.
 

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions being placed on future bookings or, where necessary, cancellation of the membership.

 

Changes & Availability
 

Membership does not guarantee availability for any particular session.
 

Opening days, session times and our timetable may change, and facilities may occasionally need to close for maintenance, operational reasons or circumstances outside our control.
 

If we make a significant change to your membership price or benefits, we will give you reasonable notice and the option to cancel before that change takes effect.

 

14-Day Cancellation Right
 

If you purchase your membership online, you normally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the membership agreement.
 

If you choose to start using your membership during this period, you are asking us to begin providing the service immediately. If you then exercise your statutory cancellation right, we may deduct a reasonable amount for any services already provided.
 

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

Sauna Rules
 

All members must follow our sauna etiquette, safety guidance and staff instructions while using the facilities.
 

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a membership where these rules are seriously or repeatedly breached.
